Protect the provider-patient relationship.
We use our resources to spread awareness, build traction, and incentivize Direct Primary Care. Our goal is to revive medicine’s core values by protecting an intimate provider-patient relationship free from outside influence and corruption.

We work with independent, mission-aligned direct-care clinics. Private-equity-controlled practices and publicly traded companies are not eligible. We prioritize practices operating outside insurance and third-party payers.

Our contact forms use FormSubmit to send your information to the Fund. Assistance contact requests go to help@directcareimpact.org. Clinic partnership requests go to partners@directcareimpact.org. We use these submissions to respond to you and review partnership interest.
Please do not submit medical information, patient records, Social Security numbers, or financial account details. The patient contact form has no attachment option. Contact us to arrange an appropriate way to provide any information needed for an assistance application.
